Description

Based on information from archaeological sites and classical texts, this guided tasting shows the evolution of the production, preparation, and consumption processes of the different types of Roman and medieval wines, which are at the foundation of the Mediterranean diet.

Workshop led by: Manuel León Béjar (Arqueogastronomía).
