Description

Based on information from archaeological sites and classical texts, this guided tasting shows the evolution of food production, preparation, and consumption processes in Rome, especially the different types of bread that form the basis of the Mediterranean diet.

Workshop led by: Manuel León Béjar (Arqueogastronomía).
