Would you like to discover the flavors that have defined our history? I invite you to participate in this unique workshop where we will explore the origin and evolution of sweets in the Mediterranean diet, combining learning with a delicious tasting. 🍯

This activity is held within the framework of the exhibition “Convivium. Arqueología de la dieta mediterránea”, at the Palacio de Revillagigedo de la Fundación Cajastur. It is a fantastic opportunity to approach the history of our gastronomy in a practical and accessible way.

Workshop details

The workshop will be taught by the gastroarchaeology group of the association Amigos de los Museos Arqueológicos de Gijón (AMAG), under the coordination of Carmen Álvarez Cifuentes. It is designed for the general public, with capacity limited to 20 people.
