SPIRIT OF NEW ORLEANS GOSPEL CHOIR | THE GOSPEL GREATS

The Spirit of New Orleans Gospel Choir, consisting of 12 members, brings the essence of the 9th Ward of New Orleans to the stage through a mix of second line rhythm, funk, and R&B. This group, which began its professional career in the mid-90s, conveys the authentic sound of its hometown with a repertoire of gospel classics.

From their first album, Take Me, Use Me (1995), to their most recent work, 9th Ward Revival, the choir has kept the musical tradition of New Orleans alive. Their career includes collaborations with renowned artists such as Yolanda Adams, Thelma Houston, Bryan Adams, Earth Wind & Fire, Kirk Franklin, Marva Wright, Jon Batiste, and the band PUR. 🎶

Their live experience is extensive, having participated in international festivals such as the Monterrey Jazz Festival and the Jazz & Heritage in New Orleans, in addition to performing at events for brands and organizations such as Coca Cola, Starbucks, Microsoft, NBA, NCAA, and the NFL. 🎤
