About the event

Enjoy a family-friendly film-concert featuring the screening of Siete años de mala suerte (1921), a masterpiece of silent film comedy directed by and starring Max Linder. The film tells the misadventures of a man who, after breaking a mirror, finds himself caught up in a series of misfortunes and chaotic situations that lead him to the brink of prison.

Max Linder, considered the direct predecessor to Charles Chaplin, defined the paradigm of the elegant comedian with this film. On this occasion, the group Doce Montes revives the tradition of live music during the screening, bringing a new sonic perspective to this classic through their musical experimentation.
