The Besullo Cultural Week is a consolidated event that keeps the spirit of the Pedagogical Missions of Alejandro Casona alive, bringing a varied artistic and cultural offering to the rural environment of Cangas del Narcea. For seven days, the village becomes a hub of activity with a program that includes book presentations, discussions, concerts, magic, exhibitions, theater, and folklore.

- Monday 17: Book presentation by Jaime Izquierdo and opening of the “Raíces de Lo Nueso” exhibition.
- Tuesday 18: Magic show with Mago Martín.
- Wednesday 19: Contemporary dance with the company Zig Zag Danza.
- Thursday 20: Book presentations by Lara Xendara and jazz concert by Mónica Acevedo.
- Friday 21: Reading of the “Charlas de un fumador” by Alejandro Casona and theater with Maliayo Teatro.
- Sunday 23: Premiere of the play “Coloquio de don Pedro y sor Marcela”, finalist for the 2025 Premio Sirena.
The activities take place in various spaces throughout the town, including the Casa’l Churro and the old Capilla-Escuela de la Casa Xuacón.
