Tickets and access

Ticket sales begin on September 22. You can purchase your passes in advance until 1:30 PM on the day of the performance. If you prefer to buy at the box office, it will open two hours before each show, selling tickets exclusively for that day’s performance.

Please keep the following details in mind for your visit:

• The reduced price only applies at the box office upon presentation of an ID document.
• You must present your ticket, whether digital or printed, for validation upon entry.
• Access lines will form outside the building, next to the door on Calle Jovellanos.
• Access to the hall will not be permitted once the show has started.
• No refunds will be issued, except in the event of cancellation.

To ensure the smooth running of the performance, we ask that you follow the instructions of the front-of-house staff at all times. Also, please remember that access to the first-floor corridor is not permitted during the show.
