Learn to differentiate the great variety of mushroom species found in different habitats and how to distinguish the main edible varieties from toxic ones in this practical workshop. The day includes a trip to the mountains for foraging and a subsequent classification session.
Program
- 10:00: Departure to the mountains of Oscos for mushroom foraging in diverse habitats such as pine forests, deciduous forests, and meadows.
- 15:00 to 17:00: Lunch (not included in the price).
- 17:00 to 19:00: Classification of the mushrooms collected during the day.
