This dance workshop explores the body as a tool for self-awareness through the Movimiento Dactilar methodology by Eduardo Vallejo Pinto. The session proposes inhabiting the space as a community ritual, where physical and introspective work seeks to enhance the individual within the collective.
The proposal is aimed at the general public who have notions of or motivation for dance and movement. The main objective is to strengthen the self through the relationship with others and the exploration of movement.
To participate, it is necessary to come in comfortable clothing and perform the activity in socks or barefoot. 🩰
