About the talk
We are what we eat, and that is reflected both in today’s society and in the societies that preceded us. Humanity has gone from survival-based nutrition to a rich variety of diets, recipes, industries, and food companies.
This talk, given by historian and archaeologist Cristina Suárez, is part of the Foro de Mujeres de El Llano and the program of activities complementary to the exhibition: CONVIVIUM. Arqueología de la dieta mediterránea.
- Access: Free and open until full capacity is reached.
- Organized by: Universidad Popular.
