If you are passionate about the movement arts and want to discover the legacy of great female creators, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to connect with contemporary dance. Led by dancer Gloria Borge, we will explore the figure of Pina Bausch in a session that combines theory and practice, designed to be enjoyed regardless of whether you have previous experience.
The workshop will be held on April 26, 2026, from 08:30 to 10:30, at the Centro de Cultura Antiguo Instituto. The ticket price is 5 Euros.

About the workshop
“Women choreographers” is a proposal by Gloria Borge designed to reclaim the role of women as creators in the world of dance. The session is structured into two very dynamic blocks:
- Theoretical part: A visual journey through slides, images, and videos where a space will be opened for debate and the participation of all attendees.
- Practical part: We will learn a choreographic sequence from the repertoire of Pina Bausch and close with a creative exercise where you yourself will be able to choreograph and perform your own sequence.
This workshop is open to the general public (ages 16 and up) and does not require previous knowledge, making it ideal if you are simply curious about learning and moving. Come and be part of this experience organized by Escena Xixón!
