Do you feel like enjoying an experience that connects movement with our deepest emotions? The piece Piel invites us to reflect on how we relate to others, using the body as a sensitive territory where memory, time, and our connection to the world meet.
You can enjoy this proposal on April 25, 2026, at 18:30 at the Centro de Cultura Antiguo Instituto. Admission is free until full capacity is reached, making it a perfect opportunity to come and experience this cultural event.
The performance lasts 30 minutes and, upon finishing, there will be a post-show meeting to share impressions about the work. It is an event recommended for a general audience between 16 and 99 years old.
About the work
Piel explores the skin not only as a protective layer, but as a porous border where the intimate ends and the external begins. Through careful choreography, the dancers create images that make us think about that threshold where what connects us to others becomes visible.
Artistic team
The choreography is by Rafa Cascón and Gloria Borge, who also star in the piece alongside dancer Ernesto González Palacio.
The atmosphere of the work is built through a musical selection that includes pieces by:
- David Lang, Arns Nova Copenhagen and Paul Hillier (I lie)
- Jóhan Jóhannsson (Odi et Amo-Remastered)
- Worakls (Elea)
- RY X (Dawn)
- Ludovico Einaudi, Federico Mecozzi and Redi Hasa (Low Mist Var.1-Day 2)
- Dustin O’Halloran (Opus 38)
- Hildur Guðnadóttir (Circular)
