The Preba de la Sidra is one of the most unique festive events in Oviedo/Uviéu, declared a Festival of Tourist Interest of the Principality of Asturias. During these days, the iconic Calle Gascona and Calle Alcalde García Conde come to life with stalls from various cider mills offering tastings of their best ciders.

• Cider-Based Dishes Days: From June 1 to June 7 at the cider houses on Calle Gascona.
• Friday, June 5: Talk on cider culture (19:00) and concert by Fran Juesas with Jimaguas (21:00).
• Saturday, June 6: II Artisanal Cider Preba (12:00), Official Cider Pouring Contest (17:00), and Gascona in dance (20:30).
• Sunday, June 7: XXVI Preba de la sidra (12:00).
