The HeartChor Kaiserslautern, the largest Pop Rock choir in its region with nearly 50 members, presents a repertoire that ranges from 60s classics to current hits. Under the direction of Michael Weickenmeyer, the group alternates a cappella songs with performances accompanied by their own band of musicians.
The ensemble, founded in 2010, performs covers of artists such as:
- Simon & Garfunkel
- Peter Gabriel
- Ed Sheeran
- Journey
- Queen
- Beatles
Their performances stand out for a style that transitions between rock and melodic, including choreography designed for each song. The director, Michael Weickenmeyer, is responsible for all the group’s musical adaptations and arrangements. 🎶

Admission is free until full capacity is reached. This event is organized by the Coro Más Que Jazz.
Oktober-Music Fest
The festival continues on Sunday, October 4 at 12:30 at the Colegiata San Juan Bautista in Gijón. This second concert will feature the participation of both choirs and will also have free admission until full capacity is reached.
