OCEANMAN Gijón 2026

Event description

OCEANMAN is a prestigious Open Water Swimming competition that will travel along the coast of Gijón, from the Playa de San Lorenzo to the Ría de los Vagones, circling the Cerro de Santa Catalina to the Playa del Arbeyal and returning to the Playa de Poniente, the central point of the event.

Race details

The competition includes six crossings with various distances:

• 10 km, 5 km and 1.5 km
• 500 m (junior category)
• 1.5 km relay
• 1.5 km fins

The categories range from 7 and 8 years old (U9) to the Master 70+ category.

Registration

Registration will open on Thursday, November 20, starting at 12:00, with reduced prices for swimmers from Asturian clubs.
