
The Teatro Padre Coll presents the comedy “Más p’allá que p’acá,” a play written by Fernando Valle Campal and directed by Juanjo Navarrete that explores the unfinished business of three spirits trapped in a cemetery. This performance is part of the XIV Festival Nacional de Teatro Amateur “Ciudad de Oviedo” Memorial José Antonio Lobato, organized by the Ayuntamiento de Oviedo.
The event will take place on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 19:30 at the Teatro Filarmónica de Oviedo. The ticket price is 5 € for orchestra seating.
About the play 🎭
The plot follows three spirits who, unable to reach the light, turn to a medium to connect with their loved ones. Through this encounter, they manage to express those truths that remained hidden, finally seeking peace. With a duration of 90 minutes, the piece balances humor with emotional moments, reclaiming the importance of sincerity in our personal relationships.
The festival, which takes place between July and September 2026, features the participation of twelve companies from different parts of Spain, offering a varied showcase of national amateur theater.
