Have you ever stopped to think about how many facets heroism has in our own lives? This program, distinguished with the Sello FestClásica 2026, invites us to explore the four faces of the hero—the Farmer, the Warrior, the Explorer, and the Healer—through the intensity and emotion of the Baroque repertoire.

Let yourself be carried away by the arias of Händel, Vivaldi, and Hasse, performed by countertenor Manuel Ruiz and the Íliber Ensemble, under the direction of Darío Tamayo. It is a unique opportunity to connect with music that narrates the struggle, the dream, and human overcoming.

Practical information

Advance ticket sales will be available at entradascultura.gijon.es starting on June 22. Please note that online sales for each concert close on the day of the performance at 1:30 PM.

If you prefer to buy your ticket on the spot, the CCAI box office will open at 5:00 PM, selling tickets exclusively for that day’s concert. Remember that the reduced price is only applicable at the box office by presenting your identification document.

Important details for your visit 🎟️

To ensure everything goes perfectly, we recommend you keep these instructions in mind:

• You must present your ticket (digital or printed) at the entrance for validation.
• Access queues will form outside the building, next to the door on Calle Jovellanos.
• Once the concert has begun, access to the hall will not be permitted.
• During the event, access to the first-floor corridor is not allowed.
• Please always follow the instructions of the CCAI staff.
• Ticket refunds are not provided, except in the event of show cancellation.
