LXXVI Day of America in Asturias in Oviedo
Oviedo/Uviéu hosts within its San Mateo festivals, a new edition of the Day of America in Asturias that fills the city with color. It is a tribute that, since 1950, is given to the Asturian emigrants in America and to the countries that host them.
The main event of this festive day consists of a massive parade of floats, beautifully decorated, through the streets of the city center. The procession will parade through Uría, and the surroundings of the Campo.
