The 4th Gastronomic Days of Tortos. Oviedo

Enjoy a new edition of the Gastronomic Days of Tortos in Oviedo, an essential event for lovers of this traditional Asturian product. During these days, various catering establishments will offer their own versions of this delicacy, combining the classic recipe with creative and exquisite touches.

As a great novelty for this 2026, an official tasting will be held on Wednesday, July 1, at the Otea training center in Olloniego. A jury of experts will evaluate the participating proposals to award the “Tortos del Camino Oviedo 2026” distinction to the three best creations, thus recognizing the excellence and effort of local restaurateurs.
