La Quintana de Somao: Casa de abajo is a 3-trisquel rural house located in the La Reigada neighborhood, in Somao (Pravia), a privileged setting awarded as the 2020 Princess of Asturias Exemplary Town. This renovated traditional Asturian house offers a peaceful refuge between the mountains and the sea, ideal for families, groups, and couples looking to disconnect in nature.

House features

The house has a maximum capacity of 7 people and is equipped to ensure a comfortable stay:

• Ground floor: Living-dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed, full kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher), and bathroom with shower.
• Upper floor: Two bedrooms, one double with a gallery and another with two single beds and a single sofa bed.
• Exterior: Large garden with a children’s play area, porch, barbecue, and an hórreo with a gazebo.

Rates per night (up to 5 people)

• High Season (Easter, Christmas, July, and August): €170
• Mid Season (Long weekends, June 15-30, September 1-15): €140
• Low Season (Rest of the year): €120

Additional spots have an extra cost of €10 per person. The accommodation is pet friendly and offers services such as free Wi-Fi, heating, and a crib upon request.
