Astronomy and scientific outreach are once again the protagonists in the council of Allande for the International Observe the Moon Night, an initiative promoted by NASA. The Allande Stars team is organizing two special activities to bring space exploration closer to the general public.
Program
- Rocket Workshop: From 17:00 to 19:00 at the Área Recreativa Campo del Río. Participants will be able to design, build, and launch their own rockets inspired by the Artemis program.
- Guided Observation: At night, an observation of the night sky will be held in Lago using telescopes and binoculars to discover the details of the lunar surface.
The date has been strategically selected, as the moon will be in a waxing phase with 56% illumination, allowing for a detailed observation of craters, lunar seas, and mountains. For more information and registration, it is recommended to check the official Allande Stars website.
