Asturas Day: visit to Finca Terramor

What can we expect during the day? 🍎

During this visit, we will learn firsthand about the work of Cristina Secades, who will explain the details and the future of this project. The farm is a benchmark in the region thanks to its commitment to biodiversity and environmental care.

The visit program includes:

• A guided tour of the plantation, highlighting the cultivation of Kiwín, a mini kiwi variety with high nutritional value.
• An insight into their organic fruit farming model, which integrates table apples, faba asturiana, and the conservation of native breeds.
• A final tasting of their processed products to end the meeting on a high note.

This activity is organized by the Clúster de Turismo Rural de Asturias (ASTURAS), as part of the project for the revitalization of the active tourism sector in the municipality of Gijón/Xixón, funded by Gijón Impulsa.
