In this workshop, we will delve into the universe of The Mansion of the 10 Doors, a story that invites us to cross thresholds filled with imagination, science, and discoveries. The book follows the story of Lara, a 12-year-old girl with an overflowing imagination. We will get to know her adventure and talk about some of the women scientists who appear in the book – such as Margarita Salas, Hedy Lamarr, or Rosalind Franklin – pioneers who changed the world with their creativity, curiosity, and courage.
After the reading and conversation, we will move on to the more experimental part: each participant will build their own kaleidoscope, a small laboratory of light and shapes that, like the doors of the book, will allow us to look at the world in a different way.
A workshop that combines literature, science, art, and imagination, ideal for awakening vocations and fostering curiosity.
