Discover fencing understood as a martial art in this practical workshop taught by the Grupo Recreacionista La Guardia. The session begins with an introduction to the evolution of the sword from the Roman era to the end of the Middle Ages, before moving on to practice using replicas of historical weapons that are adapted and padded to ensure the safety of the participants.
