1st Volunteering and Business Forum "Adding to Multiply" & 3rd Volunteering Meeting

The 1st Volunteering and Business Forum: “Adding to Multiply” brings together the business sector, social entities, and public administration to turn corporate volunteering into a strategic tool for innovation and sustainable development in Asturias. This meeting will be held on Friday, September 25 at the Jardín Botánico Atlántico de Gijón/Xixón, from 09:30 to 14:00.

Featured speakers and content 💡

The forum will feature the participation of Rosa Madera (Empatthy.org), who will offer the keynote speech on the new role of companies in the impact economy. In addition, key tools for volunteering management and social measurement will be presented:

• Fevocam: Corporate Volunteering Guide.
• Maat Impact: Technological solutions for measuring social impact.
• Volies: Presentation of the Impact Kit for corporate volunteering.

Event program 🗓️

• 09:00 - 09:30: Participant reception and delivery of sustainable kits.
• 09:30 - 10:00: Institutional Opening.
• 10:00 - 10:50: Keynote Speech: Rosa Madera.
• 10:50 - 12:10: Innovation and Impact Tools Block.
• 12:10 - 12:30: Q&A and debate session.
• 12:30 - 13:30: Coffee-Networking Space: “El Bazar de los Inéditos Viables”.
• 13:30 - 14:00: Interactive Closing and formation of the Working Group.

If you decide to participate in “El Bazar de los Inéditos Viables”, you will have a micro-space to give a 2-3 minute pitch. The organization will send you a guide sheet beforehand to prepare your presentation, which will be displayed on the event mural to facilitate networking.

Keep in mind that, the following day, the same facilities will host the 3rd Volunteering Meeting.
