LUCE Gijón - Laboratorio Urbano and Cruz Roja Gijón are organizing a practical and participatory workshop to learn how to better understand household energy consumption, identify unnecessary expenses, and adopt more efficient habits. During the session, framed within Hablando de Energía, we will discover what “energy vampires” are, those devices that continue consuming energy in standby mode or when we are not using them. ⚡
In addition, we will use the LUCE Gijón Energy Calculator, an interactive tool to visualize the consumption of different appliances according to their usage time and find new savings opportunities. 💡
Practical information
- Day: November 3, 2026 📅
- Time: 16:00 to 17:30 ⏰
