Gastrodiversa Bites with Pride

San Martín del Rey Aurelio is preparing to celebrate the second edition of Gastrodiversa Bocados con Orgullo, a unique gastronomic event that fuses the culture of pinchos and tapas with the advocacy for sexual diversity. During these days, fifteen hospitality establishments in the municipality will offer original culinary creations inspired by leading figures of the LGTBIQ+ community in the fields of culture, sports, and politics. 🏳️‍🌈

This initiative, promoted by the Department of Equality of the City Council with the collaboration of the Department of Entrepreneurship, seeks to foster respect and visibility through local gastronomy. Participation has grown significantly, increasing from nine to fifteen venues spread across the towns of El Entrego, Sotrondio and Blimea.

Participating establishments

The route includes a varied selection of bars and restaurants, among which stand out:

• El Entrego: Restaurante Diferente, Vinacoteca El Pasu, Sidrería La Batea, El Rinconcito de Leyre, Cafetería Cervantes, Cafetería La Estación, Cafetería La Galería, Cervecería Tom Malory, Taberna Abacería La Buena Vida, Cafetería Raíces, Sidrería La Sindical and Bistró Válgame Dios.
• Sotrondio: Casa Pachín and Cafetería El Alba.
• Blimea: Sidrería Crespo’s.
