Santa Rita Festivals 2026. Parres

Arriondas already smells like a festival and is getting ready to host a new edition of the Santa Rita 2026 festivals. It is the perfect excuse to meet up again, go out into the streets, and enjoy a program designed for all audiences, full of music, theater, and lots of entertainment.

Program of activities

The celebrations extend over several days with very varied proposals:

• Monday, May 11 and 18: 6:30 p.m. Theater workshop “Enredando nel teatru popular asturianu” at the Casa de Cultura “Benito Pérez Galdós”.
• Friday, May 15: 8:00 p.m. Theater with La cruz de Ceares and the play “¿Qué me pasa, doctor?” at the Casa de Cultura.
• Saturday, May 16: 8:00 p.m. ModarriOndas at the Parque de la Llera.
• Friday, May 22: 12:00 p.m. Mass in honor of Santa Rita de Casia, procession and blessing of roses, followed by a vermouth session with a parade by Banda Gaites Conceyu Parres. At 6:30 p.m., children’s activity “Treasure Hunt” (ages 8 and up) starting at the premises on C/Juan Carlos I. At 11:30 p.m., popular open-air dance with Grupo Tekila and DJ Rochu at the Parque La Llera.
• Saturday, May 23: 11:30 p.m. Popular open-air dance with Grupo La Bamba, DJ Rochu and DJ Jairo Ortal at the Parque La Llera.
• Sunday, May 24: 5:00 p.m. Foam party for children and young people at the Parque de la Llera.

Immersive theater 🎭

On May 14, 20, 21, 27, and 29 and June 3, at 8:00 p.m., the play “No me cierra la maleta” will be performed by the group Somos l’acabose.

Keep in mind that groups are limited to a maximum of 15 people, so prior registration is required at the Casa de Cultura “Benito Pérez Galdós”.
