The San Timoteo festival is one of the most prominent events of the summer in Valdés, offering an extensive program of traditional Asturian music, pilgrimages, orchestras, concerts, and performances for all audiences. The activities take place mainly in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and in the iconic Campo de San Timoteo.
