The San Roque Festival 2026 in Oviñana will be held from August 14 to 17, offering a program full of tradition, music, and community in the council of Cudillero. The celebrations begin in advance with a habanera concert on Saturday, August 8, at 20:00, performed by the Coro de Oviñana.
Featured Program
- Friday, August 14: Singles vs. married men and singles vs. married women matches at 17:00, followed by a grand barbecue at 21:00 organized by the Peña Amigos de Oviñana.
- Saturday, August 15: Festive day with bell ringing, parades with the Fanfarria El Felechu, a vermouth session with Buscapás, traditional games, and an evening dance with La Tremenda and Alejandro Martínez.
- Sunday, August 16: Solemn mass and procession in honor of the patron saint, accompanied by the Coro de Oviñana and the Avanti Cuidieru bagpipe band, with a vermouth session and evening dance featuring Casablanca and Origen.
- Monday, August 17: Closing of the festivities with mass, procession, a vermouth session with Acordes, and a final evening dance with Acordes and the Fuego orchestra.
