San Pedro Festivities in Villanueva

Villanueva celebrates a new edition of the traditional San Pedro festivities with a complete program of activities that combines tradition, music, folklore, and some of the most iconic moments of the council’s festive calendar, such as the spectacular Floating Bonfire on the waters of the Sella river. 🎆

One of the most anticipated moments will take place at midnight on Saturday, with the celebration of the XLIV Floating Bonfire, a unique spectacle in which a bonfire sails the waters of the Sella river, crossing the old bridge and the new bridge. Water, fire, and fireworks create a spectacular scene that attracts numerous residents and visitors every year.

• Saturday, June 27: XLIV Floating Bonfire on the Sella river at 00:00, followed by a grand open-air dance.
• Sunday, June 28: Solemn mass, procession, vermouth session, and musical performances.
• Monday, June 29: Children’s day, picnic, and grand farewell party.
