The Nuestra Señora del Carmen Festivities in El Bao are celebrated over three consecutive days, offering a program that combines tradition, music, and community in the town of Ibias. The event features a tent installed to ensure the activities can take place regardless of the weather.
Featured Program
- Friday: Bar opens at 23:00 and a dance party with accordionist Paula.
- Saturday: Morning wake-up call with Us Trimendus, mass in honor of the Virgin of Carmen (13:30), vermouth session, games for all ages (18:00), and a night dance party with Alonso and his keyboards along with Javi D.J. (23:30).
- Sunday: Morning wake-up call with Us Trimendus, mass and procession of San Antonio (12:00), vermouth session, and closing with the distribution of the “bollo preñao” accompanied by the Bandina La Llamuerga (19:00).
