This practical and theoretical workshop explores the unique characteristics of ciders produced in Atlantic regions such as Asturias, Galicia, País Vasco, and Bretaña. During the session, you will discover how the climate and local apple varieties define fresh, acidic, and slightly saline profiles, accompanied by a tasting of preserves. 🍎
The activity will take place at the Carpa Jardines de la Reina. Admission is free, although it requires prior registration directly at the tent, half an hour before the start of each session.
It is an ideal opportunity to learn about the cider culture of these coastal regions in an intimate and participatory format. 🌊
