This session explores the gastronomic potential of Atlantic seaweed, connecting the tradition of Asturian coastal communities with contemporary cooking techniques. You will learn about their properties, their historical uses, and new ways to utilize coastal resources in a sustainable manner. 🌊

The activity is held at the Carpa Jardines de la Reina. It is completely free, although it requires prior registration at the same tent, half an hour before the start of each session. 🐚
