The Arcu Atlánticu Festival celebrates its 11th edition, offering a vibrant showcase of artistic creation and the cultural identities of the territories that make up the Atlantic Arc. From July 27 to August 2, 2026, the city will be filled with offerings that fuse tradition and avant-garde in a festive and open atmosphere.

Programming

The festival stands out for bringing culture to the streets, with a diverse program that includes:

  • Music: From small-format concerts to major performances.
  • Performing Arts: Theater and dance, including theatrical tours.
  • Culture and Leisure: Audiovisual screenings, craft demonstrations, workshops, and children’s games, in addition to an Atlantic gastronomic offering.

Location and Access

Most of the activities take place in iconic public spaces in Gijón, such as the Plaza Mayor, the Plaza del Marqués, the Campo Valdés, and the Cimavilla neighborhood. Cultural facilities such as the Centro de Cultura Antiguo Instituto and the Muséu del Pueblu d’Asturies will also be used. Access to all activities is free.
