Santo Tomás Fair 2026 in Donostia-San Sebastián

The Feria de Santo Tomás is celebrated in Donostia-San Sebastián during a single day, December 21, when the city transforms into a rural market with txistorra taking center stage. There are stands selling txistorra and various products at different points in the center, and a series of contests organized by Donostia San Sebastián Festak.

Contests:

• 9:00 Country Products Contest-Exhibition, in the plaza de la Constitución.
• 9:30 Scarecrow Contest (location to be determined).
• 10:00 Donostialdea Honey Contest (location to be determined).
• 11:00 30th Euskal Herria Txistorra Contest, in the plaza de Gipuzkoa.
• 11:00 4th Gastronomic Contest “Txistorra in gastronomy”, on calle Elkano, in collaboration with the Basque Gastronomy Brotherhood, Super Amara, and the City Council’s Public Health Department.
