The San Miguel Fair 2026 in La Garganta will be held on Saturday, September 26, in the council of Villanueva de Oscos.
Due to the current health measures related to Lumpy Skin Disease, the fair will take place this year without the participation of bovine livestock. However, the attendance of equine livestock will be permitted, in accordance with the authorization issued by the Regional Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy.
As is tradition, the fair will be a meeting place for farmers in the region. In addition to equine livestock, attendees will be able to enjoy octopus stalls, bars, stalls selling traditional products, crafts, and textiles.
