Felpeyu is a folk music group from Asturias and one of the great references in the region’s music. Founded in 1991, in this concert the group will perform a journey through the songs and instrumental themes most known from their discography that will integrate into a repertoire that has as axis their latest album, Cerquina.
The re-elaboration of Asturias’ traditional music in a parallel line to the tendencies that are given today in European folk continues to be the objective of Felpeyu’s work, which is claimed as an element more of the process of recovery and dignification of Asturias’ culture.
