Famous Wine Festival in Avilés

The Famous Wine Festival celebrates its seventeenth edition in Avilés, offering a unique experience that combines wine culture with the presence of labels linked to famous people. It is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a gastronomic route through various “wine bars” in the city.

Festival Dynamics

During the event, attendees can stamp an official leaflet each time they taste a festival wine. Those who try at least three different wines and deposit their ballot in the ballot boxes provided at the participating establishments will enter the raffle for:

• Three sets of celebrity wines.
• A hotel night with a visit to Bodegas y Viñedos La Mejorada, by the architect Rafael Moneo.

Practical Information

The festival features an interactive map and QR codes to check the rest days of each establishment and plan your own route. In addition, it is worth noting that a wine shop from Castrillón is also participating.
