“The Abyss” is a powerful scenic testimony about the migration crisis in the Mediterranean, based on true events collected by the Italian playwright Davide Enia during his stay in Lampedusa. Directed by Clara Sanchis and Jorge de Juan, this deeply human and moving show has touched audiences across Europe for its rawness, sensitivity, and ethical perspective.
