Family support program
Because growing up also moves us as a family: it shifts our position, our relationship, our perspective. We need to reposition ourselves without ceasing to be present.
This 8-session program for families offers you a space to support adolescence through positive discipline, with practical tools applicable to everyday life. Throughout the process, you will work on three fundamental pillars:
- Emotional management: You will learn to identify and understand your son or daughter’s emotions and your own, developing strategies to regulate intense emotions.
- Effective communication: You will enhance active listening and respectful dialogue, learning to express needs and boundaries clearly.
- Conflict resolution: You will discover tools to address disagreements constructively, turning daily challenges into opportunities for growth.
Each session combines reflection, practical tools, and participatory activities. The program is taught by the team from the Emotional Well-being Advisory service of the Oficina de Juventud.
