A living legend of British post-punk lands in Poniente to inaugurate the main stage of the Semana Grande. Echo & the Bunnymen, the band from Liverpool led by Ian McCulloch, have spent more than four decades creating atmospheric and dark anthems: The Killing Moon, Lips Like Sugar, The Cutter, or Bring on the Dancing Horses are already the heritage of several generations.
With their characteristic wall of enveloping guitars, unmistakable baritone voice, and cinematic air, the Bunnymen offer a concert designed to watch the sea and feel how the moon moves. Without a doubt, one of the great moments of this year’s lineup.
