This interactive sensory installation, designed and operated by Sergio Fernández Prieto, invites the public to discover the world of cider through its apple varieties. The experience, which is educational and immersive, proposes a challenge on a chestnut wood structure that contains 16 varieties of Asturian apple, allowing attendees to test their knowledge of the fundamental raw material of Asturian cider.
The activity is aimed at all audiences and lasts 120 minutes.
