The group Corquiéu arrives in Tapia de Casariego to offer a live performance full of energy, consolidated after nearly 30 years of history as one of the benchmarks of Asturian folk in Europe. The band combines vocal ballads with fast, instrumental rhythms, always maintaining the essence of traditional Asturian music.
With extensive experience in international festivals such as Celtic Connections in Glasgow or the Festival Intercéltico de Lorient, the group presents its most recent repertoire, including tracks from their latest EP, El Zanjón, released in June 2025. Throughout their career, they have been awarded multiple Premios AMAS, highlighting their ability to connect with the audience through a dynamic and varied live show.
