What will you discover on the tour? 🍎
During the tour, we will explore the different parts of the exhibition: the appetizer, the menu, shopping and the pantry, the kitchen, the table, and the after-dinner conversation. You will learn how the Mediterranean diet, declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, has been built from Prehistory to the present day, integrating the latest developments in archaeological research.
In addition, the exhibition focuses on our land, looking out at the Cantabrian Sea to explain the particularities of our region. We will even dedicate a special space to the Asturian cider culture, another of our great treasures as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. It is a fantastic plan to connect with our roots! ✨
