The exhibition Convivium. Arqueología de la dieta mediterránea aims to be a bridge between the past, our present, and the future. This series of conversations creates a meeting point for experts from diverse fields such as Archaeology, Nutrition, Biology, Physiology, Chemistry, Sociology, History, and Food Technology.

The specialists will discuss the role of food and drink in health and sociability from prehistory to the present day, looking toward the future.
