How to participate

To be part of the popular jury, you just have to follow these steps:

• Taste: Try at least five of the participating pinchos at the participating establishments.
• Stamp: Make sure they stamp your ‘pincho-mapa’ at each venue as proof of your visit.
• Vote: Once you have collected the necessary stamps, mark your favorite pincho and deposit the map in the ballot box provided at any of the establishments.
