Stéphanie, an Internal Affairs police officer, is assigned to a case involving a young man who was seriously injured during a tense and chaotic demonstration in París. Although she finds no evidence of illegitimate police violence, the case takes on a personal aspect when she discovers that the victim is from her hometown, transforming “Case 137” into something more than just a simple number.
