The activity is held within the framework of the exhibition “Convivium. Arqueología de la dieta mediterránea”, at the Palacio de Revillagigedo de la Fundación Cajastur.

Practical information

The event will take place on May 29, 2026 with two shifts available: 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Keep in mind that capacity is limited, with only 20 people per session, so we recommend you keep an eye on registration, which will be open starting April 6.

What awaits you at the tasting?

Guided by the specialist Iñaki Busto, this session will immerse you in the particularities of Atlantic wines, marked by the cool and humid climate of the coast. Throughout the experience, you will learn about:

  • The sensory characteristics that define these wines.
  • The winemaking techniques and the origin of each reference.
