Immerse yourself in the essence of rural Asturias through this exhibition and illustrated poetry collection. The project pays tribute to José María García, whose lyrical chronicles captured the idiosyncrasy and popular culture of a time past, preserving a unique cultural identity.
A prominent collective of graphic artists has come together to bring this exhibition to life, with the goal of promoting the work of one of the first poets in Asturian. Among the participating artists are Natalia Pastor, Breza Cechini, Mario Cervero, Fermín Santos, Pedro Domínguez Carazo, Consuelo Vallina, Cesar Ripoll, Herminio, Fernanda Alvarez and Ana Vila.
The exhibition will be open to the public in Riosa from June 1 to June 19, 2026. For more information, you can contact the phone number 984 108 891 or visit the profile of the Ayuntamiento de Riosa.
